Dilapidation and refurbishment of a basement into an executive area
Challenges:
Convert out of date office area into a multi-use facility, including a temporary newsroom for ITV.
What we did:
Complete refurbishment of ‘tired and out of date’ space into a comfortable and practical executive area, then providing AHU and other base build M&E work beyond the existing remit. We then further enhanced the project with additional structured cabling and technology to create a fully functioning newsroom, whilst migrating the ITV newsroom and keeping it live and operational during a busy news cycle.
Result:
A multi-use, fully equipped and furnished space provided with limited disruption and within deadline.
